Packaging Redesign for Bremiel Infantil
Cough Syrup for kids
Bremiel is an expectorant syrup formulated with bromhexine and guaifenesin, indicated for the relief of cough with phlegm in adults. However, given the need to expand its reach to a pediatric audience, the challenge was raised to redesign its packaging for a new presentation aimed specifically at children.
The main objective of the project was to create an attractive, accessible and family-friendly design, without losing sight of the seriousness of the pharmaceutical product. The new packaging had to communicate confidence to parents, while generating closeness and sympathy among the little ones, through playful visual elements and warm colors.

This redesign also evaluated regulatory aspects, such as correct information on active components (bromhexine and guaifenesin), recommended dosage for people over 12 years of age, and the necessary warnings about its use in specific cases such as dry cough or chronic respiratory conditions.This is how Bremiel Infantil's new visual identity was born, designed to facilitate product identification, generate empathy and reinforce safety in its pediatric use under medical supervision.
